Failaka Island Airport

Kuwait's island strip, and nothing like the paved runway you trained on. Landing there means grass and compacted sand, a surface that changes with the season, and soft-field technique you will not have needed until now. It takes additional training and a sign-off before you go on your own.

Flight Review

Ground and flight review to keep your licence current, run as genuine training rather than a formality.
